- A complete comprehensive work order form is vital for the construction of any quality product produced by O&P1. We highly suggest utilizing the work order forms provided on our site for accuracy and craftsmanship.

Question 2: Is CAD/CAM training available at O&P1?
Yes, periodically O&P1 does offer training on CAD/CAM design and production techniques. Proper instruction is fundamental to a successful CAD/CAM program.
Question 3: What do I need to do to place an order?
Just contact O&P1 and we will help you get started. We are experienced in working with orders sent in via E-mail, fax, or even phone. It is important to have a work order. O&P1 has work order forms available on this web site. Simply click on the form that you need, and print it out using your own computer printer.
Question 4: Do I need to supply the necessary components with the job?
In most cases you do not need to supply any components to O&P1. We stock a wide variety of components - from top manufacturers like Otto Bock, Ossur, Becker, Ohio Willow Wood, Coyote and KISS. If we don't have the specific component you need, we are happy to order it for you.
Question 5: Can O&P1 fabricate devices from other CAD/CAM systems besides TracerCAD?
Yes. We have done fabrication work for Shapemaker and TracerCAD-based systems for several years and are able to work with files in AOP format.
Question 6: How do I send CAD files to O&P1 via the internet?
Simply send them as an attached file to CAD@oandp1.com, or contact us for more information. We would be happy to walk you through the process step-by-step.
