OandP1 - What Being Number One is All About

O&P1 is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality CAD/CAM and central fabrication products and services. We custom fabricate all our products using the finest materials available in today's market.

Our custom orthoses are made using high grade polypropylene, polyethylene, or copolymer. A variety of colored plastic is available on request. Broad selections of paper transfers are available for individual preference. Parts can be ordered by our staff or drop shipped to us. See the Orthotic Work Order for additional orthotic add-ons.

Neuropathic Walkers are made using black polypropylene and a removable inlay of firm density aliplast, lined with plastazote. They generally have 3 standard 2" black Velcro straps/chafes attached lateral and have a crepe sole rocker bottom. Other colors and fabrication options are available.

O&P1 constructs its test sockets using PETG/Vivak plastic. Laminated sockets are made using acrylic resin with carbon reinforcement as needed or polypropylene. Inner sockets are fabricated using a variety of materials to meet your specific needs. Prosthetic devices can be fabricated from test socket stage to a finished product. See the Prosthetic Work Orders for more details.

O&P1 custom fabricates its prosthetic devices using Otto Bock components unless otherwise specified. We stock Otto Bock endoskeletal components. Components requested but not stocked by O&P1 are ordered at the client's request and billed at vendor retail plus 10 percent and applicable shipping charges. Special order (non-stock) components cannot be returned.

O&P1 warrants all orthoses and prostheses for workmanship for a period of 90 days. Components supplied by O&P1 are limited to each manufacturer's warranty.
