In nine years my patient care business grew from one office to nine locations with a revenue growth of nearly eight times. This growth occurred in a portion of the country that has strong competition and a declining population. My personal growth strategy was very simple -- position good practitioners to focus on fulfilling community orthotic & prosthetic needs without the burden of fabrication or the expense of fabrication staff or space. I can attest that this growth strategy works. To support this strategy, we created a centralized fabrication center poised to meet quality and speed requirements.
