You can order online using our interactive online ordering system. Our order forms are also available as printable PDFs
You can download and print the work orders off of your own printer. In order to view the forms, you will need an Acrobat Reader, free from the Adobe web site. You may need to launch Acrobat Reader before opening the application files. Credit applications take two days to process, if you need your job done sooner please be prepared to pay by COD or credit card.

Since every device is custom-fabricated to fit the individual patient's needs, our professional staff works closely with the practitioner to establish precise design criteria. We maintain communication from start to completion, to assure that you, the practitioner, get exactly what you expect. Whether you place an order to us using your own measurements, by having us digitize your casts, or by sumbmitting a CAD/CAM file via e-mail, our technicians are highly trained and ready to serve your needs. Our expertise is in utilizing TracerCAD and Seattle Shapemaker, but we can electronically-outsource just about any file. One-On-OneDuring the fabrication process, our technicians are always available for personal consultation and assistance. In addition, we have certified practitioners on staff who are available to work with you one-on-one. |
